Karla Burnett
Karla Burnett is the owner of Salon Santee, which she has successfully led for the past 4 years. With over 30 years of experience as a hairstylist, Karla is known for providing clients with personalized care that transforms not only their hair but their overall well-being She co-founded the Precious Jewels ministry, hosts the Love Notes from God podcast, and serves as a Girl Scout troop leader.
Karla’s passion for journaling over the past 20 years has helped her stay connected to God and get to know Him intimately, deepening her faith. Along with her professional work, she is deeply involved in her church, having served as an intercessor in prayer, a praise dance leader, and as a volunteer in the kids’ youth department.
A dedicated wife, mother, and grandmother, Karla is passionate about empowering others through faith and mentorship.
Debi Oakes
Debi Oakes is a pastor, Christian speaker, bible teacher, counselor, and an intercessor who has a passion for the Word of God and speaking the hope of Jesus into people’s lives. She is devoted to inspiring others in their value and destiny through overcoming obstacles with the healing power of the Holy Spirit.
By embracing their identity in Christ and to live their life in freedom with a Kingdom purpose.
She finds great joy in her role as a wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. Her family has been a great source of inspiration through her own spiritual and personal growth.
Debi believes it is important to be involved in the community, and volunteers at a
local pro-life pregnancy center as well as assisting in the governmental process at
the local, state, and national level.She believes in living life to its fullest through her various fun activities like reading, walking, decorating, entertaining, cooking, traveling, and sharing the loveof Jesus where ever she goes.
Jill Washington is a passionate leader, youth ministry director, and dynamic speaker with a heart fully surrendered to Jesus. She has served in youth ministry for nine years and is currently on staff as the Ministry Director at New Life Youth. By day, Jill works in the office at Gardner Edgerton High School, where she also coaches powerlifting and girls flag football. Her influence stretches across campus through her involvement in multiple student-led clubs.
She is joyfully married to her college sweetheart, is a proud mom of four, has her first granddaughter, and two energetic puppies. She is passionate about pouring into the next generation—equipping students to discover their identity in Christ and operate boldly in their spiritual gifts.
Jill is known for her authenticity, boldness in prayer, and her prophetic gift of calling out greatness in others as God reveals it. Whether she’s leading a youth night, organizing a school event, capturing moments through photography, or planning a community celebration, Jill lives every moment led by the Holy Spirit.
